Death Toll Rises on Cissse IX

Over 562 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Cissse IX. Forces of Light have engaged the forces of Valen in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 05/13/2012 at 15:35 has seen the loss of 26 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 438,080 homes have been destroyed and 399,188 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
