Decline in Combat on Cissse XIII
Hostilites on Cissse XIII have come to a decline as of 05/13/2012 at 08:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 253 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.
Battle began 05/13/2012 at 08:34 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Valen. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
Citizens of Cissse XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 7 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
