Death Toll Rises on Equtgu V

Over 538 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Equtgu V. Forces of Alastes have engaged the forces of Light in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 05/12/2012 at 23:05 has seen the loss of 3 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 3,296,353 homes have been destroyed and 2,504,715 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
