Decline in Combat on Cogthu XVI

Hostilites on Cogthu XVI have come to a decline as of 02/10/2012 at 00:25. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/09/2012 at 23:46 when battle elements of Herki engaged the forces of Cypherlieu. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogthu XVI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 5 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
