Hostilites on Cissse VIII have come to a decline as of 05/12/2012 at 12:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/12/2012 at 11:59 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
