Decline in Combat on Neolci XIV

Hostilites on Neolci XIV have come to a decline as of 05/12/2012 at 11:19. The conflict has already claimed at least 16 lives and seen the loss of 16 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/12/2012 at 10:07 when battle elements of Madoc engaged the forces of Belgrath. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XIV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 16 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
