Hostilites on Cissse II have come to a decline as of 05/10/2012 at 12:33. The conflict has already claimed at least 9 lives and seen the loss of 9 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/10/2012 at 12:28 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
