Hostilites on Cissse XIII have come to a decline as of 05/10/2012 at 10:10. The conflict has already claimed at least 10 lives and seen the loss of 10 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/10/2012 at 10:06 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
