Hostilites on Cissse VII have come to a decline as of 05/10/2012 at 09:23. The conflict has already claimed at least 7 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/10/2012 at 09:25 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
