This promotion comes as great news to all the citizens of Lord_Volgrand as it gives them something to be proud of in their leader. Despite strong challenges from others seeking the same glory Lord_Volgrand has managed to rise above them all and attain the rank of Governor as they continue their rise to the top of the ranks and continue to gain power within the Senate.

GNS News political correspondents speculate that this promotion may come as a double-edged sword for Lord_Volgrand. While Lord_Volgrand is now in a better position on the political forefront, stronger powers and other aspiring leaders may see this as a possible threat towards their positions and seek to undo this recent accomplishment.
