Decline in Combat on Docchu XXI

Hostilites on Docchu XXI have come to a decline as of 05/02/2012 at 13:13. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/02/2012 at 13:10 when battle elements of Megatron engaged the forces of Winters. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Docchu XXI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
