Hostilites on Optkta II have come to a decline as of 02/27/2020 at 18:13. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/27/2020 at 17:59 when battle elements of Endstar engaged the forces of Agatian. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
