Decline in Combat on Latcap IX

Hostilites on Latcap IX have come to a decline as of 02/11/2020 at 16:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 506 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/11/2020 at 15:50 when battle elements of Agatian engaged the forces of Endstar. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Latcap IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
