Decline in Combat on Perssi XI

Hostilites on Perssi XI have come to a decline as of 04/24/2012 at 18:07. The conflict has already claimed at least 104 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/24/2012 at 13:14 when battle elements of Rooke and Ikke engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
