Decline in Engagements between Endstar and Agatian

Hostilites in Optaqu have come to a decline as of 02/16/2020 at 11:06. The conflict has already claimed at least 11,513 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/16/2020 at 10:52 when battle elements of Endstar engaged the forces of Agatian. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
