Decline in Combat on Cissse VI

Hostilites on Cissse VI have come to a decline as of 04/19/2012 at 23:23. The conflict has already claimed at least 8,011 lives and seen the loss of 61 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/19/2012 at 22:15 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Hooch. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse VI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 58 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
