Decline in Combat on Cissse XI

Hostilites on Cissse XI have come to a decline as of 04/19/2012 at 18:10. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,557 lives and seen the loss of 107 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/19/2012 at 17:41 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Berndarmin and Hooch. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 73 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
