Hostilites on Cissse VII have come to a decline as of 04/19/2012 at 13:26. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/19/2012 at 13:24 when battle elements of Frankzy engaged the forces of Hooch. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
