Decline in Combat on Neolci XIII

Hostilites on Neolci XIII have come to a decline as of 11/03/2020 at 21:37. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,734 lives and seen the loss of 14 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/03/2020 at 21:39 when battle elements of Agatian engaged the forces of Endstar. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
