Hostilites on Cissse XI have come to a decline as of 04/18/2012 at 22:46. The conflict has already claimed at least 10,672 lives and seen the loss of 122 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/18/2012 at 22:31 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Megatron. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 110 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
