Hostilites on Cissse VII have come to a decline as of 04/18/2012 at 12:36. The conflict has already claimed at least 8,660 lives and seen the loss of 86 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/18/2012 at 12:31 when battle elements of Light and Zenzi engaged the forces of Megatron. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
