Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Cissse have come to a decline as of 04/17/2012 at 22:18. The conflict has already claimed at least 96 lives and seen the loss of 24 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/17/2012 at 22:15 when battle elements of Light engaged the forces of Frankzy. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
