Decline in Combat on Neolci XV

Hostilites on Neolci XV have come to a decline as of 12/01/2020 at 07:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 21 lives and seen the loss of 12 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/01/2020 at 07:43 when battle elements of Endstar engaged the forces of Agatian. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 9 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
