Decline in Combat on Neolci IV

Hostilites on Neolci IV have come to a decline as of 11/30/2020 at 18:52. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/30/2020 at 18:53 when battle elements of Endstar engaged the forces of Agatian. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
