Decline in Combat on Neolci V

Hostilites on Neolci V have come to a decline as of 11/30/2020 at 15:32. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/30/2020 at 15:30 when battle elements of Sniv engaged the forces of Agatian. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
