Decline in Combat on Lucsce XIII

Hostilites on Lucsce XIII have come to a decline as of 06/09/2020 at 15:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 424 lives and seen the loss of 29 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/09/2020 at 15:51 when battle elements of Scourge engaged the forces of Endstar. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucsce XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
