Decline in Combat on Docchu XI

Hostilites on Docchu XI have come to a decline as of 04/13/2012 at 16:36. The conflict has already claimed at least 13 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/13/2012 at 16:38 when battle elements of Jesfr engaged the forces of Cypherlieu. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
