Contact with C2 80k has been lost!

Numerous communication stations and relays have been unable to make contact with C2 80k. Although, this is initial reporting numerous theories have been put forward about the demise of the ill-fated colony. It could have been destroyed, or simply political turmoil broke the colony down. C2 80k's fate is unknown at this time, due to the lack of any communication coming out of C2 80k the worst has been expected.
