Decline in Combat on Ipsi VII

Hostilites on Ipsi VII have come to a decline as of 07/30/2019 at 13:18. The conflict has already claimed at least 678 lives and seen the loss of 28 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/30/2019 at 13:19 when battle elements of Zelitamn engaged the forces of Alien-Breed. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
