Decline in Combat on Verkgu III

Hostilites on Verkgu III have come to a decline as of 07/30/2019 at 13:23. The conflict has already claimed at least 752 lives and seen the loss of 170 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/30/2019 at 13:19 when battle elements of Alien-Breed engaged the forces of Zelitamn. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verkgu III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 157 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
