Decline in Engagements between Diebs and Zelitamn

Hostilites in Levyzi have come to a decline as of 07/14/2019 at 20:52. The conflict has already claimed at least 19 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/14/2019 at 20:54 when battle elements of Diebs engaged the forces of Zelitamn. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
