Decline in Combat on Ipsi II

Hostilites on Ipsi II have come to a decline as of 07/05/2019 at 00:37. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,157 lives and seen the loss of 258 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/05/2019 at 00:24 when battle elements of Zelitamn engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi II are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 178 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
