Decline in Combat on Perssi XII

Hostilites on Perssi XII have come to a decline as of 04/11/2012 at 20:00. The conflict has already claimed at least 724 lives and seen the loss of 36 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/11/2012 at 19:07 when battle elements of Ikke engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 30 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
