Decline in Combat on Perssi XI

Hostilites on Perssi XI have come to a decline as of 04/11/2012 at 08:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 66 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/11/2012 at 08:20 when battle elements of Ikke engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
