Decline in Combat on Cednci IV

Hostilites on Cednci IV have come to a decline as of 02/25/2019 at 22:35. The conflict has already claimed at least 11 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/25/2019 at 22:30 when battle elements of Luka engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cednci IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 10 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
