Decline in Combat on Perssi IX

Hostilites on Perssi IX have come to a decline as of 04/10/2012 at 23:52. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/10/2012 at 23:13 when battle elements of Fragged engaged the forces of Ikke. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
