Decline in Combat on Cednci V

Hostilites on Cednci V have come to a decline as of 09/17/2018 at 23:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/17/2018 at 23:15 when battle elements of Luka engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
