Decline in Combat on Verkgu I

Hostilites on Verkgu I have come to a decline as of 06/05/2017 at 12:29. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,809 lives and seen the loss of 29 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/05/2017 at 12:26 when battle elements of Alastir and Alien-Breed engaged the forces of GlidoU. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verkgu I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 28 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
