Battle elements belonging to Alien-Breed and Alastir engaged in combat with the forces of Pirates on 05/15/2017 at 10:19. The conflicts were reported to take place sporadically throughout the Verkgu system.

Citizens of the colonies in Verkgu are bracing for the possibility of an extended conflict. So far, both sides are reporting minor losses of 338. The death toll is expected to only increase as this conflict develops.
