Decline in Combat on Neolci V

Hostilites on Neolci V have come to a decline as of 12/09/2016 at 05:20. The conflict has already claimed at least 64 lives and seen the loss of 14 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/09/2016 at 05:08 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 13 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
