Decline in Combat on Quicma VII

Hostilites on Quicma VII have come to a decline as of 12/09/2016 at 04:03. The conflict has already claimed at least 134 lives and seen the loss of 14 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/09/2016 at 03:39 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
