Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Perssi have come to a decline as of 04/10/2012 at 00:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 765 lives and seen the loss of 15 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/10/2012 at 00:50 when battle elements of Cypherlieu engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

The Galactic Trade Commission has begun taking advantage of the pause in combat to make large progress on clearing the debris left behind from the battles.
