Decline in Combat on Cissse IV

Hostilites on Cissse IV have come to a decline as of 12/08/2016 at 16:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 5,449 lives and seen the loss of 19 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/08/2016 at 16:03 when battle elements of Ocean engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cissse IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 18 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
