Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Cissse have come to a decline as of 11/03/2016 at 07:11. The conflict has already claimed at least 625 lives and seen the loss of 25 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/03/2016 at 07:05 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Amerlain. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
