Decline in Combat on Neolci IV

Hostilites on Neolci IV have come to a decline as of 09/29/2016 at 04:15. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/29/2016 at 04:08 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
