Decline in Combat on Perssi VIII

Hostilites on Perssi VIII have come to a decline as of 09/27/2016 at 17:17. The conflict has already claimed at least 5,033 lives and seen the loss of 213 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/27/2016 at 17:05 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
