Decline in Combat on Perssi XI

Hostilites on Perssi XI have come to a decline as of 09/24/2016 at 09:16. The conflict has already claimed at least 14,191 lives and seen the loss of 281 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/24/2016 at 09:05 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
