Decline in Combat on Radsma II

Hostilites on Radsma II have come to a decline as of 09/18/2016 at 03:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/18/2016 at 03:06 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
