Hostilites on Cissse IV have come to a decline as of 09/16/2016 at 01:15. The conflict has already claimed at least 5 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/16/2016 at 01:13 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
