Battle elements belonging to Pirates engaged in combat with the forces of Lightforger on 09/02/2016 at 18:52. The conflicts were reported to take place sporadically throughout the Ipsi system.

Citizens of the colonies in Ipsi are bracing for the possibility of an extended conflict. So far, both sides are reporting minor losses of 612. The death toll is expected to only increase as this conflict develops.
